DAM Capital is a Luxembourg alternative investment fund for professional investors. It earns from the mechanics of digital asset markets, volatility, basis and liquidity, while holding net exposure close to zero.

Inefficiency is the asset.

Digital asset markets remain fragmented, volatile and structurally inefficient. Those inefficiencies recur, and they can be harvested systematically without a view on where prices go next.

Market-neutral by design

Every position is paired with an offsetting hedge. The aim is a return stream with low correlation to bitcoin, ether and broader risk assets.

Systematic execution

Rules-based models with predefined risk limits, monitored continuously across venues and instruments, with automated circuit breakers.

Institutional infrastructure

Assets sit with an institutional prime broker under segregated arrangements. Trading, custody and oversight are held by separate parties.

State of the art risk management

Risk is set before capital is deployed and watched independently of day-to-day trading. Exposure, margin, concentration, counterparty and loss all stay inside fixed limits, monitored continuously across positions, venues and the book as a whole, and the fund can reduce risk or halt activity as soon as any of them is reached.

Where returns come from

Volatility

Pricing and providing liquidity in listed crypto options, where implied volatility persistently diverges from realised volatility.

Basis and funding

Capturing the spread between spot, futures and perpetual contracts, driven by structural demand for leverage.

Liquidity provision

Supplying two-sided markets on regulated and institutional venues, earning the spread while staying hedged.
